The Gune Foundation has set the following intervention criteria:

• The direct beneficiaries are individuals who are active and central to the transformation process of their own social reality.
• The projects are developed with local organizations.
• The projects generate and promote dynamics which make use of the material, technical and human resources of the beneficiary communities, contributing to and encouraging self-management, autonomy and self-sufficiency, thus affecting the actual causes where they are implemented.
• The projects must have the advancement and all-round development of people as their objective
